POP Series 4

Pokemon POP (Power Of Pokemon) Series 4 was a trading card game released in 2008 by Pokemon USA and The Pokemon Company. POP was launched in an effort to create a more enjoyable play experience for both casual players and experts alike. The series contains a total of 163 different cards, all from Generation IV of the Pokemon series.

The cards in the set have a unique set of foil stamps and other special effects which make them more attractive than previous sets. The set includes a variety of Pokémon from the Sinnoh region, including ones from the anime series such as Dawn, Brock, and Karen. New multi-colored versions of Pikachu and Pachirisu have been added, as well as several new Pokémon-EX cards.
